My Kaleidoscope

I look above through my honey-eyed kaleidoscope
I see colours of my journeys form rainbow in the sky
it did not rain, no
it was not sunshiny either
but it was a loop of these that made it all better.

I close my eyes and a picture appear
of a place, of a land that I hold dear
there are greens and blue elements
from amoebas to ancient men
they are not in suits and ties
nor a dress to cover their lies
but a uniform that's standardised.

I see every living thing as equal
no prejudices, no conflicts, no killings
no statuses and no rankings
only richly cultured beings inhabiting the earth.
And then I open my eyes...

Midnight Blues

At times,
I would like to think that my words are too delicate for another person's ear
that the air that I breathe would somehow be my invisible filter
a generator, for less of harsher dwellings
for comfort that soothes even the wildest beast.

At times,
I would rather dive in a sea emptied of its blue clear water
to feel the shrapnel of shattered glass broken from love letters of sailors
feeling the pain of being tied up in chains screaming for a sweet release
until that moment, that bottle touches the shore into the hands of my beloved.

At other times,
coffee would be an appreciable medium of companion
tea, on the other hand, makes me feel like I'm English
added by the clink-clanks of silver cutleries
being in a Starbucks' joint, writing this piece whispering sweet nothings is heaven to me.

Harvest

I have been told that the business of life is the acquisition of memories
bitter for the better or sweeter for the worse
the more important deciding factor is you, and not me
I would reckon just do not let it be a vision for the curse.

The equation of success is measured when one can harvest happiness

the generation of us is indeed the pioneer to modernism
but even with this practiced and complex literary minds
could we possibly fathom the unforeseen future?

Hope is a tease designed to prevent us from accepting reality

but when hope is nothing but a poison for insanity
and all you require is a little more objectivity
then, the devilish dream deprives you of transparency.

Langit

Di langit kau terbang
di tanah kau mendarat
ku doakan kau selamat pulang
tidak perlu sesiapa untuk menyiasat.

Dikau pergi membawa diri
dengan beratus teman mengisi ruang
aku lega dikau tidak bersendiri
boleh berkenalan jika di beri peluang.

Hiba rasanya bila mengetahui
dikau lenyap dari pandangan
karam dalam air, ku tidak pasti
atau telah hanyut di alam kayangan.

Berilah jawapan wahai dunia
ku tidak mahu teman-teman ku curiga
ku tahu sifat mu teramat mulia
kehadiran dikau bisa menenangkan jiwa.

Game Over

Once clicked, Keplacki's 'Hell March' can be heard in the background
when I was asked to choose my battlefield, I went with 'Lucky City'
deploying the construction yard without any haste
while waiting for the ore trucks to harvest precious gold
I picked a location to strategically eradicate on-coming randomness
carefully placing the ore refinery, over the Berlin wall I build my base
altogether removing chances of amateur attacks from the Allies
with Tanya as a diversion, I have Comrade Stalin to please.

As soon as I have established the massive and featureless War Factory and Battle Lab

I begin producing weapons of mass destruction
in the wake of silence, I hear, "Armageddon is here!"
the Apocalypse Tank emerged from the close-shut steel doors
with 16 layers of heavy armour, it shatters anything that comes into contact to pieces
accompanied by the three independently-articulated grenade launchers
the Reaper lives up to its name with a tracking system sophisticated enough to lock onto fast target of the Allies
a minute after, I sent my trusted Sputnik to secure the perimeter
I am aware that half of my army is ready when I heard, "Hurry, before we end up like V3!" loud and clear
But I require more, for we are uninterceptible.

For any battle to be victorious, I need a stream of infantry

"Kill them with watermelons!", shouts a young but courageous Conscript
armed with Molotov Cocktails and classic riffles, they are the front liners of remarkable pedigree
Giving the odds of life and death to convicts serving time, I initiate the training of Flak Troopers
donning on heavy duty steel body armour and chains with satchels of explosives, I hear chilly whispers of, "Beats being in the gulag."
What comes next is simply electrifying
the mechanical body-braces and rubber coverings protect their vitals and make them immune to sharp teeth of dogs and bears
And alas, my highly anticipated commando-in-chief, Natasha Volkova, paid me a visit armoured with X-ray abilities to weaken them prey
"I am ready", I thought.

Hours passed and multiple attacks launched

the mission to uphold and protect Führer Hitler ceased
the Allies defeated our defenses of Tesla coils and Mammoth Tanks.

Game Over.
